Today I will share my most favorite tools that often used on my activities, mainly related to computers or the internet.

  1. Putty, this is my most favorites tool, a small app that very useful for my hobby and my job which related to server and network. As said that on their website, PuTTY is an SSH and telnet client, developed originally Simon Tatham for the Windows platform. PuTTY is open-source software that is available with source code and is developed and supported by a group of volunteers. With putty I can be connected to remote machines such as Server, a router, etc, so I can work on those devices from everywhere as long as connected to the internet. Furthermore, I like working on common line interface (CLI), or in short command prompt, I prefer doing things in texting than talking. Even talking with other people I prefer to talk in text than talking.
  2. VIM, This is my best favorite text editor, with vim I can edit text/script remotely, just need type vim on the terminal, there are several plugins for Vim if we need more features. Putty and Vim was an amazing tool that often used by me. I love both of them. Although I’m no an expert in Vim, Vim is a useful and beautiful tool.
  3. Notepad, This tool often helps me as dummy copy-paste texts.
  4. Chrome, this is my favorite browser, synchronized all my devices in one profile, although this browser has RAM issue.
  5. Tor browser, this very useful for secret things or need to hide my IP Address, like checking your email :D.

There are some of the best favorite tools, how about your version?
